CT Partners, Australia’s most influential and independently owned travel buying network, is proud to welcome Gray Dawes Travel as a fully integrated member, following the completion of its Australian consolidation strategy.
The milestone, effective 1 July 2025, marks a new chapter for Gray Dawes Travel’s operations across Sydney and Melbourne, bringing together its previous acquisitions, MP Travel and Verve Travel, under one Gray Dawes Travel brand and one membership within CT Partners.
Gray Dawes Travel’s continued expansion in the region began two years ago with the acquisition of MP Travel, a founding CT Partners member, and the subsequent purchase of Verve Travel in November 2024, formerly aligned with another consortium.
The businesses are now unified under Gray Dawes Travel and the CT Partners banner. The transition reflects Gray Dawes’ commitment to consistent, collaborative growth alongside its supplier partners. As part of the UK-based Gray Dawes Group, which operates globally across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia, Gray Dawes Travel in Australia delivers bespoke travel solutions to clients across corporate, MICE, and luxury leisure sectors.
The announcement reflects CT Partners’ continued momentum as it enters its 21st year, reinforcing its position as the third-largest travel buying group in Australia with a Total Transaction Value exceeding $2 billion. Over 60% of member air bookings are in premium cabins, further underscoring the group’s strength in corporate and premium travel segments.
