Complex Travel Group, one of Australia’s fastest-growing independent travel agencies, today announced the strategic expansion of its national footprint with the establishment of a new office in Melbourne, Victoria. This expansion is accompanied by the appointment of two esteemed travel experts to spearhead key growth areas for the company.
Daniel Bram, a Team Leader with 17 years of experience within the Victorian travel industry, has joined Complex Travel Group to lead the Melbourne operations. His extensive leadership will be instrumental in establishing and growing the Melbourne team, providing elevated support for the company’s clients located on Australia’s eastern seaboard and bolstering its expanding New Zealand business.
Further strengthening its growth strategy, Complex Travel Group welcomes Heidi Mettner, who brings over two decades of corporate travel expertise to the newly created role of SME Travel Team Leader. Heidi, who previously served as a Business Leader in corporate travel, will drive national growth within the SME sector from her base in Adelaide. She will initially focus on consolidating and enhancing services for CTG’s existing international Small and Medium Enterprise travel clients, with a mandate to also cater to the evolving needs of business owners with a blend of corporate and leisure travel requirements.
