Launched on 24 April 2025, this weekly buffet takes place every Thursday evening, serving up nostalgia, artistry, and unmistakable local flair. The Malaysian Kitchen” is a year-long culinary campaign by Marriott Bonvoy Hotels & Resorts in Malaysia, celebrating the country’s diverse flavors. It features authentic Malaysian dishes prepared by chefs from Marriott hotels across Malaysia.
Crafted in collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy’s most celebrated chefs, the buffet highlights nine signature Malaysian dishes, each one an icon in its own right, rooted in tradition and presented with a refined touch.
