This May, one of Paris’ most iconic addresses steps into a new era of elegance. The five-star Hôtel de Sers, a historic baby palace located in the famous Triangle d’Or, just moments from the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, unveils a complete transformation led by renowned French architect Pascal Allaman. Once the private residence of Henri Léopold Charles de Sers, Marquis de Sers, the 1880 Haussmannian gem has been reimagined as the dream home of a modern-day marquis—blending timeless Parisian refinement with contemporary design.
Part of the exclusive B. Signature Hotels & Resorts group since 2004, the hotel’s 45 rooms and 7 suites now offer an immersive experience in high craftsmanship and discreet luxury. Allaman’s design philosophy—steeped in the decorative arts of the 1930s and 40s—echoes through the oak paneling, surrealist-inspired Dedar Jacquard fabrics covering the closets, custom Silvera furnishings, and glamorous boudoir-like bathrooms adorned with Italian brassware and Turkish marble.
The transformation pays homage to the building’s aristocratic roots while elevating every detail for today’s sophisticated traveler. Suites feature 180-degree panoramic views of Paris, landscaped, tranquil terraces with trees arranged in exquisite, hand-picked Anduze vases, the finest linens from Dedar and Pierre Frey, and curated artworks including a contemporary portrait series by Véronique Tatu, drawing inspiration from the original Marquis and the women behind the hotel’s new vision.
Whether it’s the minibar tucked behind a mirrored wardrobe or the versatile vanity desks designed for couture moments, each element tells a story of style, history, and Parisian soul.
The freshly renovated hotel will fully reopen next month. In the meantime if you are interested in any additional details or would like to speak to the ownership about the hotel project please let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you!
