FZNFZN by Björn Frantzén presents its second seasonal menu. As the sibling of three-Michelin-starred Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore, FZN offers an intimate dining experience across two beautifully designed floors, helmed by the critically acclaimed chef, Björn Frantzén. Known for his creative approach to modern European cuisine infused with Japanese influences, guests can expect a nine-course tasting menu featuring new creations alongside beloved signatures.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a stylish Scandinavian-inspired living room, where they will be treated to a selection of canapés, including the newly introduced blini with otoro, wasabi and myoga, along with timeless favourites. Following this, guests are invited to enjoy a guided house tour before being escorted to the dining room where a culinary journey awaits. Here, guests will be able to indulge in dishes such as scallop with fermented apricot and turnip; chawanmushi with smoked beef broth, razor clam, and bafun uni and turbot with beurre blanc, walnut and “Frantzén selection” caviar. Signature dishes like onion, liquorice and almond, langoustine with koshihikari rice is also featured. Guests will cleanse their palate with frozen lingonberry marshmallow, blackcurrant, and spruce before enjoying the final indulgence – matcha waffles with carrot ice cream and pistachios. The experience concludes with a visit to the living room for a selection of petit fours and the restaurant’s famous miso madeleines.FZN Kitchen
