A Taste of Argentina: Asado Night with Don Asado Bangkok
Kicking off the Trisara Culinary Series, Trisara partners with Don Asado Bangkok to bring the authentic flavours of Argentina to Phuket.
On April 5, 2025 guests will experience the centuries-old tradition of asado, where premium meats are slow-cooked over a handcrafted rock fire pit on Trisara’s breathtaking beachfront.
Priced at THB 5,900++ per person, including a curated wine pairing, the evening’s highlight will be Chef Sergio Gonzalez Crubellier, who will expertly prepare a set menu inspired by his family’s traditional recipes.
As guests savour exquisitely grilled meats and perfectly paired wines, they will be immersed in the vibrant spirit of Argentina with live South American music and a breathtaking tango performance under the stars.
A French Gastronomic Affair: La Crique x Maison Dunand
Continuing the Trisara Culinary Series, Trisara’s elegant La Crique restaurant will host an exclusive collaboration with Maison Dunand, the celebrated Bangkok-based fine dining destination, on April 25, 2025.
For one day only, Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier of Maison Dunand and Chef Worawit “Notty” Rattanachoochoke of La Crique will unite to craft two intimate dining sessions: a five-course lunch and a seven-course dinner, each paired with exceptional French wines.
With only 30 seats available per session, this refined experience is a celebration of French culinary artistry, allowing guests to indulge in signature dishes from both chefs in an intimate setting. This collaboration will focus on culinary craftsmanship, offering an elegant and immersive dining experience.
