Meet Chef Nicolas Isnard: A Maestro of Culinary Innovation
Hailing from the south of France, Chef Nicolas Isnard’s cuisine is steeped in Mediterranean flavors, inspired by his Italian grandmother’s kitchen. His culinary journey has taken him through the prestigious kitchens of Michelin-starred establishments such as Le Prieure, Le Vieux Logis, and La Rotonde in Lyon, where he honed his craft and developed his signature style. By age 27, he had already garnered the “Young Talent” award from Gault Millau, later earning a Michelin star at Auberge de la Charme à Prenois, and securing his title as ‘Maître Cuisinier de France’ in 2012.
