Ten travel agents from across Victoria enjoyed perfect sunny weather when they headed south from Melbourne to Hobart last week as part of a famil aboard the classic British liner, Bolette, hosted by Cruise Traveller – the exclusive Australian representative for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. The sun-kissed group was hosted by Cruise Traveller’s Business Development Manager for Vic, Tas and SA, Laura Stone and also joined by Cruise Traveller’s PR representatives, Andrew and Moira Mevissen.
During the short but fun trip from Melbourne to Hobart, the group enjoyed the ship’s relaxed elegance and sampled various restaurants onboard as well as time-honoured high tea and a visit to the Bridge where one of the agents, Kim McGiffin , from Travel Plus in Warrigul (VIC), took a shine to the captain’s chair and his hat and offered to take over the ship’s navigation! A generous offer that was politely declined by the real captain!

Just prior to this trip, 10 travel agents from the Sydney region joined a separate famil on Bolette from Sydney to Melbourne, hosted by Cruise Traveller’s BDM for NSW/ACT, Julie Donaldson. (one pic from that famil also attached)
