Six Senses Fiji is delighted to welcome Longevity and Wellness Coach, Hatha Yoga Instructor and Pranayama Teacher, Vicki Nguyen, as our latest Visiting Practitioner from April 10 to April 30, 2025. With over 28 years of experience in holistic health, Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge and transformative practices to support Six Senses Fiji guests on their journey toward longevity, vitality, and overall well-being.
Driven by a deep passion for health and wellness, Vicki has dedicated her life to exploring and teaching sustainable ways to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being, with a personal mission to live to 120 years old. She co-founded The Lotus Healing Centre in Melbourne, Australia, with Dr. Martin Nguyen. She is also the host of the One Body One Life podcast and serves as the Director of Jomeis Fine Foods.
Vicki’s approach is focused on helping people to find sustainable ways to improve their well-being by providing knowledge, tools, and inspiration to support them on their journey towards health, longevity, and vitality. From reducing stress, improving physical resilience, or fostering a deeper connection with oneself, her expertise offers a transformative experience. Vicki helps her guests to take the first step toward a healthier and more balanced life.
