Running for one week from Thursday 26 September, P&V has curated a bespoke wine list showcasing standout natural wine selections paired with Parlour’s approachable yet classic menu with lashings of fresh French flavours. The partnership brings together two wine purveyors known for intrepid selections and foundational expertise that play host to celebrate natural and low-intervention winemakers.
Parlour, a Parisian inspired dining destination, is famed for its authentic French fare and charming ambience. Jarrett Buffington, Head Sommelier at QT Sydney, has collaborated with the team at P&V to align with the palates of diners and hotel guests, humming in tune with the impressive existing list of over 350 wines. The partnership further amplifies the growing trend of championing smaller, sustainable wine producers.
