With names such as Vino Therapy, Forest Bathing, Spice Chia and Lemongrass Tisane, Sofitel SPA Darling Harbour has broken the mould when it comes to new SPA treatments, delivering a collection of luxury body rituals that embrace the ancient healing wisdom of cultures and traditions across the globe.
Partnering with Brisbane based Waterlily Australia, Sofitel SPA is offering a collection of body rituals that sound almost good enough to eat!
Think Shiraz wine and grapeseed with raw cacao chocolate and strawberry inspired by the sun kissed vineyards of Provence; traditional chai spices of toasted cinnamon, star anise and cardamom with a whisper of nutmeg and a hint of black pepper; or an infusion steeped in sandalwood and vanilla bean, and finished with passionflower and pure maple syrup.
“Working with Waterlily Australia we have created a series of body rituals and facials that are aligned to our core essence of wellness and to Waterlily’s ethos of a naturopathic and multi-functional approach to the skin”, said Robert Gauer, General Manager Sofitel Darling Harbour.
“Our new Signature Treatment is the Vino Therapy Spa Ritual which infuses the benefits of antioxidant rich resveratrol, Shiraz wine and grapeseed with ellagic rich strawberry to strengthen and preserve collagen for firm and toned skin. An Epicurean indulgence for the senses! And just one of many new additions to the menu”.
Sofitel SPA also partners with luxury French beauty brand Biologique Recherche, providing guests with a clinical approach to personalised cosmetic treatment using pure, concentrated almost raw products, which is the foundation of Biologique Recherche’s methodology.
Bespoke Biologique Recherche treatments include e Bespoke Facials utilising the Biologique Recherche Methodology, where skin care is provided following a personal dermo-cosmetic skin diagnosis using a Skin Instant© analysis for each individual.
Also new to the menu is the inclusion of Anti-Ageing and Cosmeceutical Enhancements such as a Stem Cell Repair Eye Masque; various infusion masques and peels, providing an overall approach to skin and beauty.
