Guests are invited to indulge in a sumptuous seven-course gastronomic affair meticulously curated by The Dining Room’s acclaimed executive chef Tony Brazendale. Each course will be paired with a selected cuvée from the much-loved House of Taittinger – including the celebrated 2012 Comte de Champagne – designed to enhance the flavours and elevate the dining experience.

Beaming into the Dining Room live from France, Clovis will lead guests on a journey through the history and wines of his prestigious family-owned champagne house, providing them the opportunity to learn from one of the leading figures in the world of champagne.
