Travelport and WestJet Confirm New Long-Term Content AgreementNTIA nominations have never been stronger as the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) today announces key dates for the travel industry’s night of all nights on October 26.

An impressive 1,715 peer nominations across 35 award categories mean this year’s event marks a new nominations milestone in NTIA history.

The most hotly contested Individual Categories are:

  • Most Outstanding Sales Executive — Land Supply with 180 peer nominations;
  • Most Outstanding Travel Agency Manager with 104 peer nominations.

For ATAS Accredited Businesses, the Most Outstanding Leisure Travel Agency — Single Location category received a notable 62 peer nominations.

In the Most Popular Supplier categories, Most Popular River Cruise is the standout with 53 peer nominations.

Next steps for nominees:
Nominees will be contacted via email and asked to accept or decline their peer nomination. Upon acceptance, they will enter the awards process specific to their category.

  • 20 June 2024  Nomination acceptance emails issued and entrant guidelines published.
  • 1 July 2024  Submission portal opens.
  • 21 July 2024  Submission portal closes.
  • 22 July 2024  Industry voting commences.
  • 9 August 2024 — Industry voting concludes.
  • Late August 2024  NTIA Finalists announced.
  • September 2024 — NTIA Virtual Judging Interviews.
  • 25 October 2024  Beyond Borders Travel Summit, and NTIA Finalist Celebration.
  • 26 October 2024  NTIA Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation.
