Randy Siles, Culinary Director of Enjoy Hotels, was named Ambassador of the Essential Costa Rica Country Brand (Marca País Esencial Costa Rica) in the gastronomy category. This recognition highlights his track record in promoting sustainable and healthy Costa Rican cuisine, as well as his dedication to the brand values that represent Costa Rica on the international stage. As a leader in the culinary scene both nationally and internationally, Randy Siles has focused his work on elevating Costa Rican cuisine to international standards of quality and creativity.
Renowned as an ambassador and promoter of zero kilometer, sustainable and healthy Costa Rican gastronomy, Randy Siles’s philosophy has permeated Enjoy Hotels’ kitchen operations and gastronomy education, becoming an integral part of the company’s ethos. Over the course of his career, Siles has earned numerous prestigious accolades, including his induction into the Disciples d’Escoffier International and the International Club Les Toques Blanches in France. Additionally, Siles holds the distinguished honor of being the first chef from the Americas to be appointed as President of the International Club Les Toques Blanches.
Fabian Vargas, Director of Revenue Management of Enjoy Hotels, was honored as the Above Property Revenue Management Leader of the Year for CALA (Caribbean and Latin America) at the 2023 ELITE Awards for Marriott Franchise Hotels. This recognition recognizes Fabian’s exceptional performance and expertise in revenue management. Over the past decade, Vargas has successfully led revenue management strategies for Punta Islita, Autograph Collection and El Mangroove, Autograph Collection, significantly contributing to their sustained success and growth.
