Crafted by Moo Moo Hospitality Group Executive Head Chef Trent Robson, the 2-course lunch menu showcases some of the finest local ingredients, expertly prepared to tantalise the taste buds and satisfy lunchtime cravings.
The new lunch menu offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an entrée and main course, or a main and dessert, all curated to be served within a convenient timeframe, making it perfect for weekday business meetings or casual gatherings.
Some of the restaurants favourite dishes adorn this daily lunch menu including fresh oysters, the very popular Tempura Northern Rivers Moreton Bay Bug Roll, the NZ King Ora Salmon, Whole NZ Black Sole (500g) and the market fresh seafood Pasta Cavatelli. There’s even a Steak Tasting board featuring Wagyu Rump Cap and Westholme Tenderloin for those wanting something from the land.
