Balmuir’s SS24 collection draws inspiration from the colours and mirages of the desert, capturing its essence with spicy colours, natural materials and bold new patterns.
In addition to Black and Almond, the collection’s main colours include Desert Sand, Cactus Green, Aloe Vera, Saffron Yellow, Chili Red and Lapis Blue.
The collection’s first part will be launched in January. The classic Celeste shirt is made from 100% high-quality Supima cotton – considered the world’s finest cotton. The Melody sweater and the Macy knitted skirt are made from 100% anti-pilling wool. To give warmth for colder nights, the collection will also introduce a longer version of the popular Monaco cardigan.
In addition to Balmuir’s classic Helsinki scarf in the season’s colours, the new Adalyn hood and collar will also be introduced in the accessories collection.
The collection’s second part features the Ebba rollneck top, the Ellen cardigan, the longer Emma cardigan, the Emilia knitted dress, and the Emilie poncho – all made from a blend of silk and wool and available in the season’s colours.
As new accessories, Balmuir will release the Fabian scarf, Fey silk scarf, Casablanca animal print silk scarf and the Mirage silk scarves in colours that complement the High Summer collection. The collection also includes Balmuir’s classic Dawn, Capri and Marseille scarves.
The suede rope belt with tassels, made in Italy, will complete the look.
As the summer days get warmer, it’s time to change into something made from light silk and linen. The Sahara linen shirt, skirt and dress are perfect for creating a desert-inspired look for special occasions in the spring and summer. The linen used in our Sahara products is grown in Normandy, France, and the products are sewn nearby in Estonia. As a long-awaited novelty, Balmuir will also introduce the tone-to-tone Sahara linen suit.
Balmuir’s espadrilles are handmade in Spain. In the new spring-summer collection, they come in suede and are finished with stitched embroidery.
Ethereal Light
It’s time to get ready for springtime celebrations and dress in silk. Already a classic, Balmuir’s Fiona silk top and silk skirt, as well as the Angelina silk skirt, will be reintroduced in colours fitting for the desert: Gold and Ground Coffee. The Casablanca silk chiffon scarf matches perfectly with the Casablanca cigarette trousers, made from a blend of silk and wool. The silk wool Casablanca dress comes with silk chiffon sleeves.
Mirage
The stunning High Summer styles will complement Balmuir’s SS24 collection, including new arrivals such as the go-to Marrakesh Pima cotton dress, the Mirage paisley print linen dresses and Mirage tops and culotte trousers made from 100% silk, as well as the silk caftan in gorgeous colours of Saffron Yellow and Lapis Blue.
Bag collection
Balmuir will launch two new bags: the small woven Marrakesh bucket bag with leather details and a crochet bag with elegant BB leather details.
Balmuir Eyewear
Two new sunglasses and eyeglass frames in two new colours will be launched as part of the Balmuir Eyewear collection. The Balmuir Eyewear sunglasses, Mirage and Shadow, will be available at Balmuir and Instrumentarium stores, while the eyeglasses will be available at Instrumentarium.
Balmuir Home Collection
Bed linen
The Carlo bed linen, with a thread count of 500, will be available in Desert Sand as well as white.
The Vienna bed linen products, made from 100% Supima cotton, will be available in classic white and finished with gold and blue embroidery.
Balmuir’s Castelle bed linen, made from organic cotton satin, will continue to be available in white and taupe.
All pillowcases and duvet covers are available in both small and large sizes.
Dining table
The season’s colours – Saffron Yellow, Aloe Vera and Wholegrain – are featured in the Sisilia kitchen textiles and the Velvet ball candles.
Bathroom
Balmuir’s new collection introduces ceramic bathroom accessories made from travertine limestone, including a soap dispenser and soap dish that also works as a beautiful tray for jewellery.
Balmuir’s luxurious Luigo towels are made from 5% silk and 95% combed cotton. In addition to the classic white and taupe colours, the Luigo towel will be available in Desert Sand.
The Luigo towel will also receive an accompanying Luigo bathrobe, made from 5% silk and 95% cotton, available in white and Desert Sand.
Balmuir’s all-time favourite, the Lugano towel, will be released in Vanilla and Wholegrain. The luxuriously soft and fluffy Lugano bath rug will also be available in Vanilla and Wholegrain, in addition to white and dark taupe.
Living room
Alongside the classic colours, the Lucca throw, made from 100% baby alpaca wool, will also be available in Aloe Vera.
The soft Aurora Kid Mohair throw will be available in Aloe Vera, Saffron and Wholegrain, as well as in traditional colours.
