Visitors will journey through a meticulously recreated world of Bluey, traversing from the iconic living room to the shaded Poinciana tree in the backyard. This immersive adventure extends beyond mere observation, inviting guests to engage in interactive play and celebration within the Heeler family’s household.

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk expressed enthusiasm for the project, highlighting the government’s support for Bluey from its inception. “Queensland’s vibrant lifestyle and world-class amenities have been integral to Bluey’s global appeal,” Palaszczuk remarked. “We’re now extending an invitation to fans worldwide to experience the charm of Bluey’s home in Brisbane.”

Tourism Minister Stirling Hinchliffe echoed these sentiments, recognizing Bluey as a Queensland cultural symbol. “Hosting Bluey’s World in Brisbane is a natural fit, given the show’s deep roots in our city’s lifestyle and landmarks,” Hinchliffe stated. The initiative is expected to generate up to $18 million in visitor spending, a significant boost for local tourism operators.

Brisbane’s Lord Mayor, Adrian Schrinner, highlighted this world-first event’s cultural and economic impact. “Bluey’s World is not only a tribute to our beloved Brisbane icon but also a major drawcard for international visitors,” Schrinner said. “It’s poised to create jobs and stimulate our local economy, benefiting restaurants, hotels, and tourism businesses.”

Created by Joe Brumm and produced by Ludo Studio, Bluey is a global phenomenon, captivating audiences in over 60 countries with its charming narratives and relatable family dynamics. The show’s portrayal of Bluey, a spirited Blue Heeler dog, and her adventures with her family and friends has resonated with children and adults.
