This prominent purchase strategically elevates their total commitments for the A320neo series to 64, with 13 units already gracing their hangers.

Encompassing both the A321neo and A320neo variants, these state-of-the-art aircraft are designated to fortify the aerial dominion of Cathay Pacific and HK Express. Predominantly, their flight paths are charted for critical locales in the expansive Chinese Mainland and other pivotal destinations across Asia.

Christian Scherer, the esteemed Chief Commercial Officer and Head of International at Airbus expressed his elation in a statement. “The Cathay Group stands as a vanguard in global aviation. The Airbus A320neo Family is a testament to avant-garde aviation technology. It is endowed with groundbreaking features: next-gen engines, aerodynamic Sharklets, and pioneering aerodynamics that collectively promise a minimum 20% reduction in fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
