Last week Voyages Indigenous Australia Tourism had the pleasure of welcoming foodie celebrity, Anna Polyviou. Attached are a few images from her visit and a short blurb should this be of interest to you and your audiences:
The distinctive pink mohawk of award-winning pastry chef, Anna Polyviou was spotted exploring Ayers Rock Resort last week.
The popular pastry and dessert queen took time out of her Uluru adventure to chat with members of the Voyages culinary team, including Graciela Jonen, Executive Pastry Chef and trainees from the National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA).
Anna generously shared her experiences from her early days of working in the food and beverage industry to some of her recent celebrity milestones filming shows such as Dessert Masters. She also enjoyed tasting a variety of sweet treats featuring Indigenous ingredients which are served throughout Ayers Rock Resort and its outdoor dining experiences, including the newly launched drone, light and sound show, Wintjiri Wiru.
