Forbidden Bar
- Forbidden Lychee Martini with Dilmah elixir of Ceylon tea with Lychee elixir
An Asian-inspired twist on the classic Martini with fragrant lychee, vodka, vermouth and a subtle hint of Ceylon tea
- Hainan Rose made with Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon tea rose and vanilla elixir
A spectacular pairing for the Food at Sea Dragon, this cocktail has subtle hints of rose, rosemary and vanilla
To make the Hainan Rose you’ll need:
60 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
30 ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon tea rose and vanilla
20 ml yuzu juice
30ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
15ml Grande Marnier
Garnish with 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Method:
Pack ice into a shaker, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain through a single strainer into a coupe glass, garnish with sprig of fresh rosemary and serve.
Smoked
- Smoked Whiskey sour with Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon tea with Lemon and Lime
A smoky symphony designed to with pair perfectly with the premium steaks at Smoked. This whiskey sour with an anything but ordinary twist is infused with Dilmah Tea Elixir and smoked at your tableside for a theatrical touch
To make the Smoked Whiskey sour you’ll need:
60ml Johnny Walker Black Label
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon tea with Lemon and Lime
20ml Maple Syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
Egg White
Garnish with dehydrated lime slice
Method:
First combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake. Then pack the shaker well with ice and shake well. Strain with a single strainer into a rock glass. Cover with a cloche and use a smoke gun with Cherry wood and smoke. Uncover tableside and serve.
