Sporting ocean views, a tropical breeze and a stunning local menu, Crystalbrook Collection is set to serve up Cairns’ longest lunch on 31 March 2023.
Set upon the opulent Crystalbrook Flynn deck overlooking the Coral Sea, the lunch promises to deliver big on flavour and pizzaz as more than 200 guests partake in a long table lunch highlighting dishes from four of the hospitality group’s restaurants; including: Brisbane-based restaurant, Mews, award-winning Restaurant of the Year, CC’s Bar and Grill, Flynn’s Italian and Rocco.
As for the food, Crystalbrook Collection Regional Executive Chef for Queensland, Rod Zamora, says to expect a delicious fusion of fresh, sustainable produce.
“More than 80 per cent of the menu comes from local suppliers, including sustainably-caught seafood and produce harvested directly from the Atherton Tablelands.
“Each dish has been expertly curated to best show-off the distinct flavours and culinary styles of the individual venues, while creating a synergy of flavours for a unique and sophisticated lunch in the tropics,” Rod says.
The event includes a four-course set menu and three-hour drinks package, live entertainment and pop-up bars featuring Aperol Spritz, Altos Plata Margaritas, Absolut Lime and Soda’s and Havana Club Mojitos.
