New Shangri-La Circle members can look forward to exclusive welcome privileges when they enter the Group’s complimentary frequent stay programme.
Shangri-La Circle members receive unparalleled access to Shangri-La’s portfolio of hotels, restaurants, wellness facilities and experiences, allowing them to live their version of the good life with thoughtful touches, member exclusives and a seamless digital experience. Substantially enhancing the Shangri-La guest experience, privileges include:
- 25% off buffets at participating Shangri-La properties
- Complimentary breakfast for two during the Shangri-La Circle member’s first stay at any participating hotels
- Complimentary room upgrade during a member’s second stay at any participating hotels
These new member privileges further build out the Shangri-La Circle program, refreshed in 2021, incorporating the new invitation-only Polaris membership tier.
Key enhancements of Shangri-La Circle include a redemption model whereby members can use cash, points, or a mix without blackout dates, and redeem points for Shangri-La experiences and products at a fixed redemption value of 15 Points per USD 1.
Members earn 1 Tier Point for every USD1 spent when they stay, dine, shop, or host an event at any Shangri-La, Kerry, JEN, or Traders hotel.
The new Shangri-La Circle App provides an easy platform for best-deal reservations and merchandise shopping, using Points, cash or a mix of both. It gives members one-click access to their membership card and keeps all Shangri-La bookings and vouchers in the one place.
The Shangri-La Circle programme has the following four membership tiers:
- Gold – join for free to start earning and redeeming
- Jade – 20 nights or 6,000 Tier Points
- Diamond – 50 nights or 15,000 Tier Points
- Polaris – by invitation only
