The 2023 Best Hotels have been ranked by U.S. News & World Report, a well-known publisher in the travel industry for its Best Vacations, Best Cruise Lines, and Best Travel Rewards Programs. This year’s rankings feature a diverse selection of over 35,000 hotels from around the world, providing travellers with a comprehensive list of top-notch hotels to choose from for their next trip.

For the first time, Acqualina Resort & Residence in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, has claimed the No. 1 spot in the Best Hotels in the USA ranking. The resort shines with its exquisite world-class pools, dining options, and close proximity to the beach. Meanwhile, The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale, takes the No. 2 spot with its breathtaking views of Arizona and top-notch facilities. Rounding out the top three is the chic Pendry West Hollywood, located in the heart of West Hollywood, California, with its deluxe accommodations, spa, and prime location.

Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam steals the show in Europe, claiming the top spot with its two-starred Michelin restaurant and luxurious amenities housed in two former canal palaces. Italy’s Grand Hotel Tremezzo comes in second with its stunning Lake Como location and accommodating staff, while La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa round out the top three with its private butlers, two-starred Michelin restaurant, and stunning views of the Eiffel Tower.

In Mexico, Rosewood Mayakoba takes the No. 1 spot with its daily fresh fruit bowls, private plunge pools, and personal butler service. Rosewood Hotel Georgia impresses in Canada with its stylish interiors and picturesque views of Vancouver, earning the top spot on the Best Hotels in Canada list. Anguilla’s Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, leads the Caribbean rankings with its oceanfront views and private terrace, patio or solarium accommodations. Finally, The St. Regis Bermuda Resort, with its numerous industry awards, beach access, and relaxing pools and spa, takes the No. 1 spot in the Best Hotels in Bermuda rankings.
