It’s hard to go wrong with the punchy and contemporary three-course brunch which makes for unforgettable weekend revelry, showcasing next-level chef-curated Musubis, exceptional Japanese starters and delicate desserts of unmatched value – now available every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday from 12:00-6:00pm.

Promising a fun-filled boozy brunch from the first to last bite, the feast begins with a choice of appetizers, including Three Omakase Starters featuring the freshest in-season produce, a contemporary Japanese Empanada & Chimichurri with a South American and Japanese touch, or a plant-based, egg-free Vegan Frittata. Founder Arturo Sims and Head Chef Kelvin Yuen, who recently joined the team of culinary heroes, keep things rolling with an unmatched variety of mains, ranging from unrivalled Musubi classics to brand-new East-meets-West specialties that are sure to reinvigorate weekend dining in Hong Kong.
