Passengers are becoming more and more agitated as they grow restless waiting for flights. They separated families with children, with no food or water. The airport staff are overwhelmed by trying to keep order.
The airline staff urges patience, not giving any foreshadowing to what is about to happen; the lights go out and chaos spreads throughout the airport. The staff tells everyone that there is no way out. There are too many of us and it would be too risky to open the doors.
Panic sets in as people scramble for safety, fighting each other mercilessly. The electricity starts back up, but it is too late; there are now only screams echoing throughout the airport lounge.
