transcosmos inc. released IT helpdesk services for businesses that implement a work-from-home policy to help their employees build and maintain an IT infrastructure needed for remote working, and video streaming training services on March 24, 2020.
As the novel coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, more and more companies are implementing the work-from-home policy. In order to assist such companies, transcosmos offers helpdesk services to help their employees develop IT infrastructure needed for remote working. The helpdesk agents will respond to questions and inquiries from the employees via phones.
Creating a comfortable working environment at speed is essential for remote workers, including employees working from home. Yet, this requires the employees to set up their PCs, secure internet connection, set up web conferencing system, to name a few. Building on its expertise in helpdesk services acquired over time, transcosmos will help clients’ employees working from home build an IT infrastructure that allows them to work smoothly and comfortably by solving their questions in a timely fashion.
In addition, transcosmos also launched video streaming services that allow clients to resume business activities that have been suspended due to the coronavirus such as group training sessions. In order to offer the streaming services, transcosmos will collaborate with each client’s information systems department to rapidly develop a video streaming infrastructure.
