“While we wait for the landscape to change and return to levels of normality, we want to keep the wheels turning for staff, friends and colleagues in the industry, it’s a time adapt and evolve,” said Group Food & Beverage Director, Vince Lombino. “We already pivoted with our takeaway concepts ALT CTRL EAT by Alibi and DELI by Monster, so now we have rooms to fill, so welcome Restaurant in Room!

“To take this concept to the next level, we are even looking to collaborate with our Creative Culinary Partner, Ian Curley from French Saloon, at Ovolo Laneways in Melbourne and even one step further working with our fellow restauranteurs to potentially do pop-up Restaurant In Rooms,” Lombino added.

Guests can trust that Ovolo will ensure the dining experience is one to remember. With a calendar so many options to surprise and delight, Ovolo’s Restaurant in Room is the only destination.
