Keen to hit the adrenaline-pumping theme parks but feeling overwhelmed by choice and by budget? A new report from WeThrift has revealed the most affordable theme parks in Australia based on the average cost per rollercoaster ride.
The study discovered that Aussie World located on Sunshine Coast is the best value for money theme park in Australia, with an average cost of $2.10 per ride. The theme park has a total of 21 rides available and charges visitors $44 for entry to the park.
Luna Park located in Melbourne landed in second place, with an average cost of $2.71 per ride. Visitors can enjoy 19 different rides for a ticket price of $51.50.
