The Frenchy contains: Bells Bakery baguette with Hunter Belle butter. Duck liver parfait with cognac jelly and cornichons. Bouillabaisse with rouille. Bitter green salad with dijon dressing. Pear tarte tatin with creme anglaise! A must try!

We will deliver to our local friends on the Bouddi Peninsula, for free, at a time that suits you in between Friday 9am and Sunday 8pm.

For those in the wider community, pick up is available from Friday 9am until Sunday 8pm.

HUNTER BELLE DAIRY CO – IN STOCK NOW

One of our core values here at Bells is to always use local and sustainable produce whenever possible. Recently, we partnered with Hunter Belle Dairy in Scone, Upper Hunter Valley of NSW, to supply us with a range of products for use in the kitchen and to sell to you our local community from the Bells Larder.

Pure, full cream, unhomogenised, high protein milk ($5), delicious butter ($9), and all kinds of cheeses are now available. The milk is old fashioned in style with cream on the top. No high pressure processing which can jeopardise the quality of milk. The butter is delicious and the cheeses are definitely worth a try.

You too can now enjoy these wonderful, home grown NSW dairy products.

The Bells Bakery has had a huge amount of support from our local community, so much so that we have been selling out daily.

We are sorry if you have missed out on bread and pastries due to the incredible demand but we are happy to say that this week we have employed more bakers and started baking earlier, it is a wonderful problem to have at such a difficult time and we are enormously grateful for your support.
