StayWell Holdings, one of the largest hotel management groups in Asia Pacific, has announced their expanded partnership with leading hospitality platform Revinate, in order to upgrade their customer satisfaction platform and experience.

StayWell has worked with Revinate since 2014, using their Guest Feedback product, and the team is excited to further expand through data-powered solutions connecting CRM, marketing, and reputation management. Use of the expanded Revinate platform will allow StayWell to leverage an enriched guest database, advanced segmentation capabilities, and best-in-class campaign functionality to build and scale a digital guest journey that demonstrates a detailed understanding of each guest’s preference.

With the increasing benefits of having an integrated system connecting a CRM system with survey data from guests, the partnership will involve an upgrade from the Guest Feedback product to the wider Guest Data Platform (GDP). This increased level of connection to the Revinate system means that StayWell will have access to an advanced infrastructure for driving personalised guest engagements and scalable direct profits.
