Accor Greater China is pleased to announce the newest addition to the Sofitel brand family with the signing of Sofitel Xi’an South, slated for completion in the next few years. As Accor’s modern luxury brand infused with French flair, the new Sofitel hotel is situated in the established commercial and high technology Qujiang District in south Xi’an.

Sofitel Xi’an South is part of Nanfeihong Plaza, a 300,000 sqm mixed use complex that comprises shopping mall and commercial offices owned by Shaanxi Nanfeihong Industrial. Its location is unparalleled, as it is a mere 300 meters from Sanyao Station on Metro Line 2, 35 minutes’ drive to Xi’an North Railway Station’s high speed train, and 45 minutes’ drive to Xi’an International Airport.

Sofitel Xi’an South is a new structure designed by award winning architect Aedas. It features 280 modern and stunning guestrooms and suites by interior design firm Cheng Chung Design (CCD). There are three world class restaurants to tempt guests with a culinary creations: an all-day dining establishment, a specialized Chinese restaurant and a specialty signature restaurant unique to Xi’an. Its 800 sqm grand ballroom alongside six meeting rooms cater to a wide variety of functions and events including the most beautiful weddings in Xi’an. In addition, guests can keep in shape by choosing the indoor swimming pool, gym or spa. Rounding out the facilities is a business center and executive lounge as well as a lobby lounge for casual meetings.
