SeaLink Travel Group has appointed marketing and communications specialist Phillip Boyle as its new General Manager Marketing.

Mr Boyle brings almost 25 years of marketing and communications experience in both the private and public sectors across Australia and in the United Kingdom.

Most recently as Managing Director of Nation Creative, Mr Boyle worked with various tourism clients including the South Australian Tourism Commission, Adelaide Airport, VisitCanberra, and Adelaide Casino/Sky City.

Mr Boyle will provide national leadership and integration for SeaLink’s brand and marketing strategies across the company’s diverse portfolio of travel and tourism offerings in South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. He will work closely with the senior management and marketing teams across Australia to ensure SeaLink’s value proposition is effectively shared with new and existing customers and help to identify and realise growth opportunities.

SeaLink’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jeff Ellison, said Mr Boyle’s appointment would provide a valuable contribution to the Group and drive the cross selling of the many group products and services.

“His marketing experience and strategic leadership will be a valuable asset to SeaLink as we continue to develop and grow,” Mr Ellison said.

Mr Boyle will be based in SeaLink’s corporate office in Adelaide and report to Donna Gauci as Chief Operating Officer.
