This Good Friday from 8am we will launch Bells Bakery!

Drop in and pick up a freshly baked pastry, a slow fermented loaf of sourdough and a take away coffee. We will be baking right through the Easter long weekend, and every day of the week after that. So come and pick up some yummy take away treats, including mouth watering Luka’s chocolate easter eggs.

The larder is fully stocked with Hunter Belle Jersey milk, cheese and all your pantry staples.

And, in another first for this year, we have crafted a variety of delicious Bells Easter Hampers, especially for our local community….

  • Breakfast Hamper (feeds 4) $50. Housemade sourdough loaf, Hunter Belle butter, our farm fresh eggs, garden heirloom tomato, mushrooms, Pino’s cured bacon, sausages
  • Grazing Box (feeds 4) $60. Selection of Pino’s cured meats, marinated vegetables and cheese with pane carasau
  • Indulgence Hamper (feeds 2) $140 Housemade baguette with Hunter Belle butter, whole bbq Macmasters lobster, homemade citrus mayonnaise, salad of bitter leaves, avocado, fine herbs, dijon vinaigrette. Finished with crushed vacherin, Cognac soaked berries and cream
  • Seafood Hamper (feeds 2) $120 Moreton Bay bugs, blue swimmer crab, dozen NSW rock oysters, Australian tiger prawns, NSW hot smoked trout, Bells own cocktail sauce, green goddess dressing and mignonette
  • Easter Lunch (feeds 3 or 4) $120. Housemade baguette with Hunter Belle butter, slow cooked lamb shoulder, star anise and raspberry vinegar gravy, potatoes, rosemary + garlic, duck fat, carrots, broccolini. (Serving instructions included) Bells tart citron and cream
  • Freshly Baked Hot Cross Buns – 4 for $12 or $6 for 2

Best of all we will deliver this to our local friends on the Bouddi Peninsula for free on any of the Easter long weekend mornings. Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday!
For those in the wider community, pick up is available daily until 8pm.

TAKE AWAY ANY NIGHT OF THE WEEK

Take away is available daily from 12noon for lunch and up until 8pm for dinner.
