As the winter chill whips down from Beijing’s northern mountains, NUO has the perfect answer to keep warm, toasty and merry this cold season – our new Wintergarten at O’Bar.

You can experience the timeless winter comforts in our traditionally decorated glasshouse decorated to resemble a charming mountain chalet, full of rustic character.

Inside NUO Chalet we are delighted to present a host of authentic mountain dishes such as traditional raclette and imported charcuterie, along with sweet desserts, fine wines and more. Proscht!

Raclette

Melted A.O.P raw milk Raclette Valais Bagnes cheese, melted and scraped tableside. Served with roasted new potatoes, air-dried beef, bresaola, cornichons, and pickled white pearl onions. Or choose roasted new potatoes, black truffles, Bayonne ham, cornichons, and pickled white pearl onions.

Grandeur Charcuterie Platter

Bayonne ham, coppa ham, cooked French ham, French saucisson, salami Milano, bresaola, smoked duck, foie gras terrine and duck rillette, served with Laugen croissants and butter.

International Cheese Platter

A selection of “Gourmet Grade” Cheese: Le Grand Brie, the “king of cheese”; Beaufort d’été, a semi-hard cheese from the Alps; Crottin de Pays, a delicate, fresh-tasting goats cheese; and FT El Greco Semicurado, a sweet, mild sheep’s milk cheese.

Baba Au Rum

If you love desserts and wine, you’ll surely love rum baba. A classic dessert, our rum baba is a fiesta of seasonal berries, buttery cake and honey-sweet liquor flavours.
