Jia Chinese Restaurant is delighted to present an exciting and delicious new menu for guests. The menu will be featuring the most celebrated dishes of the past, together with many exquisite new Cantonese dishes.

Chef Peng Aiqiang has almost 30 years of Cantonese culinary experience. Each of his dishes is an innovative interplay between fresh ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques, with the perfect balance of seasoning to bring out the best possible taste.

The restaurant’s name is pronounced “He Jia” in Chinese and has a poetic meaning. “He” symbolises the harmony between the four seasons, as well as between yin and yang, while “Jia” refers to the comfort of home. Using these words as the inspiration, the restaurant has created a Chinese gourmet experience that is second to none.

Recently, Jia has been awarded a Michelin Plate in the ‘MICHELIN Guide Beijing 2021’. It has been selected two years in a row since the 2020 edition and was also recommended as Dianping’s Black Pearl one-diamond restaurant.
