Sleep is such an on trend subject for health and wellness in 2019 and this is the perfect retreat for those wanting to improve their sleep patterns and reap the benefits of a good nights sleep. The first sleep retreat program by Co- Founders of The Goodnight Co, Danielle Knight and Shea Morrison, will be held at Springfield Farm, Bowral from 7th-10th March 2019. Statistics show that a third of our lives should be spent asleep and that sleep is where the body finds balance, from the emotional to the cognitive and all the way down to the immune system – something that is often forgotten in todays overly busy times!

Set in a unique and stunningly beautiful location in nature’s back yard, this three day program includes amazing workshops, relaxing yoga & meditation, nourishing meals and deep sleep. This retreat is perfect for those that wish to switch off from technology, daily routines and work, allowing those a chance to reset and focus on receiving a good night’s sleep.
