Sound Therapy Wind-Down
On Friday and Sunday evenings at 7:00 pm, Hotel guests can ease into the evening with a complimentary guided sound meditation for the body and mind poolside on the 57th floor. With the ancient practice of crystal sound therapy, guests are welcomed to decompress for a profoundly deep experience, as the healing tones access the inner layers of the subconscious to relieve stress, anxiety, and tension.  Trained staff will play the crystal singing bowls for approximately twenty minutes followed by the service of a soothing cup of herbal tea.

Warm Spa Treatments
Luxuriate in time away from it all at Philadelphia’s first-and-only Forbes Five-Star Spa. Choose from a selection of signature treatments including a warm Crystal Oil Massage, Seasons of Chakras, which features soothing seasonal essential oils, or a body contouring wrap with salt therapy exfoliation followed with a warming marine body mask.  Afterwards, unwind in the relaxation lounge.
