According to Norwegian news sources, Hurtigruten’s Kong Harald suffered a propulsion power failure last week in Hustadvika near Molde off the west coast of Norway.

The ship was reported to have restored power to one main engine and was moving under her own power toward Molde

There were reported to be 308 passengers on board and no injuries were reported.

The reports say that after losing power, Kong Harald started to drift towards rocks and after Kong Harald sent out a mayday, a rescue operation was underway.
