Holland America Line and Seabourn have named Nikki Glading as National Manager Business Development in Australia. In this newly created role, Nikki will lead the Holland America Line and Seabourn national sales team and as well as major key accounts.
Nikki will report to Holland America Line and Seabourn’s Senior Director of Sales and Marketing in Australia and New Zealand, Tony Archbold, and will be based out of Carnival Australia’s corporate office in Chatswood.
“Nikki is an extremely experienced and savvy brand and sales professional with extensive industry relationships,” said Tony Archbold, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, Holland America Line and Seabourn – Australia and New Zealand. “As we continue to expand our market in Australia, Nikki’s newly created role will assist in further solidifying our presence by leading, building and motivating our existing sales team. We are extremely pleased to have Nikki join us and I have no doubt she will lead our team to even greater success.” he said.
Nikki joins the Holland America Line and Seabourn team following on from a long and distinguished career in travel spanning over 20 years. She also has extensive experience in the cruise sector having led and managed teams in brand and sales manager roles at Infinity Cruises, Cruiseabout and Escape Travel.
Most recently, Nikki was an Area Sales and Operations Manager for Flight Centre in Queensland from 2016. Nikki had been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that were crucial to achieving Flight Centre’s wider strategic goals.
