HGU New York Hotel has partnered with Solace Gym to offer weekly Rooftop Yoga classes on its intimate and zen-inducing rooftop. The weekly 7 AM classes start Friday, July 13th, and will continue every Friday until Friday, September 7th. Anchored on mats provided by Gaiam, the 45-minute Vinyasa classes are complementary to HGU New York guests ($10 for non-guests) and provide approachable instruction for all skill levels.

The weekly Rooftop Yoga classes on the HGU New York rooftop will begin promptly at 7 AM, after attendees place custom orders for post-class cold-pressed juices (available at an additional cost). Instructors from Solace Gyms will then lead the small group of participants in an invigorating Vinyasa style flow, emphasizing the synergy between breath and movement. The perfect way to end the week and kick-off the weekend, the practice will be complemented by views of the Empire State Building, the New York City skyline, and complimentary Flow alkaline spring water.
