Wah International Holdings Ltd, Shimao Property and SEA Holdings Ltd, ”GRAND VICTORIA” is the latest residential project at Lai Ying Street, West Kowloon. To mark its new development and to promote West Kowloon living, GRAND VICTORIA proudly announces the launch of the “Grand Moments: West Kowloon Living” Photo Contest this month with the theme of uncovering the beauty of West Kowloon, inviting all photographer enthusiast aged 16 years old or above to capture the grandeur of artistic interpretations of West Kowloon through the lens of photographers, showcasing the local culture and spirit at this vibrant cultural quarter of Hong Kong.

To kick off the competition, celebrities and influencers were invited to share their artistic journeys through a photoshoot at the West Kowloon area, featuring celebrity couple Jason Chan and Sarah Song, as well as the actor Terrance Lau, who won the “Best New Performer” of the 39th Hong Kong Film Awards in 2020 and was nominated for the “Best New Actor” in the 57th Golden Horse Awards. These lifestyle portraits aspire to forge meaningful connections between people, communities and spaces.

With a name inspired by West Kowloon’s unique geographical advantages, “GRAND” depicts its original and inventive architecture, highlighting its magnificent scale, superbly perches at a dramatic harbour-front site in the heart of Hong Kong; “VICTORIA” boasts an extraordinary and prestigious location overlooking the bright Victoria Harbour seascape@, drawing the eye to spectacular views of the sea with extraordinary style.

GRAND VICTORIA is Southwest Kowloon’s last seaside residential development project, which sits in an area with links to Nam Cheong MTR station, where the Tung Chung Line and West Rail Line meet. Its extreme accessibility to the core business districts of Hong Kong and Kowloon steps up the game – the International Commerce Centre (ICC) and the International Finance Centre (IFC) can be easily reached in two and three stops respectively. By capturing the area with an emphasis on the people, life and light, the competition gives the public a chance to showcase happenings in this local sanctuary, highlighting the intellectual treasures within.

“Grand Moments: West Kowloon Living” Photo Contest accepts entries from all photography enthusiasts aged 16 years old or above. From 12 January 2021 until 9 February 2021, contestants can upload their works onto https://www.grandvictoria.hk/, winners will be chosen based on the following criteria: creativity, photographic techniques and photo composition. The 1st place winner will receive generous cash prizes worth up to a total of HKD20,000.
