Designed with dads in mind, Executive Sous Chef Saiful Baharin has curated two set menus for Father’s Day this year. Priced at RM228.00 nett per set for 4 to 5 persons, the set menus comprise appetisers, mains and desserts.

Set A features Avocado Pulp, Prawn and Mango with Cilantro Salad; Fried Chicken with Spices and Honey; 18-Head Abalone Varuval Style; Fried Tiger Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk; Baked Beef Striploin with Garlic and Soy Sauce; Crispy Halibut Fillet with Sweet and Sour Sauce; Braised Mushroom with Broccoli; Tomato Rice or Steamed White Rice and American Chocolate Cake.

Set B includes Chicken with Spicy Tomato Sauce; 18-Head Abalone Varuval Style; Fried Tiger Prawn with Marmite Sauce; Roasted Short Rib with Smoked Barbecue Sauce Texas Style; Baked Sea Bass Fillet with Percik Sauce; Braised Mushroom with Money Bag in Oyster Sauce; Ghee Rice with Raisin or Steamed White Rice; and Coffee and Walnut Cake.
