Dubai Asset Management and Mastercard have announced a partnership to promote digital payments in the UAE and reward residents in several residential communities. The step is part of joint efforts to promote innovative solutions that provide Dubai’s residents with seamless customer experiences. It is also in line with Dubai’s vision of becoming a smart and sustainable city.

As an early adopter of digital transformation, Dubai Asset Management’s mobile app, DubaiAM Life, provides over 100,000 people with the convenience and flexibility of online services such as rental, renewals and maintenance.

Dubai Asset Management’s portfolio offers a spectrum of residential options catering to a wealth of different lifestyles with strategically located communities across the city. The portfolio includes family-friendly communities at Layan, Ghoroob, Shorooq and Remraam; upscale living at City Walk Residences, Bluewaters Residences and Dubai Wharf as well as value housing in Al Khail Gate.

Together with its partners, Mastercard is playing a leading role in bringing together the private and public sector to co-develop, deliver and scale solutions that make cities smarter. In March this year, the payments leader launched a report to better understand the pulse of UAE citizens and residents in shaping the future development of smart cities.

Residents will have the opportunity to win one of three Mastercard credit cards loaded with AED 50,000. The Win Back campaign runs until 30th September 2021. Residents that use Mastercard to make a payment of AED 2,000 or more on the DubaiAM Life will be automatically qualified and become part of the draw.
