During the check-in process, you will be welcomed with aroma and colour therapy and will receive special energy bracelets.

The package includes a private wellness session including tailor-made wellness or fitness activities, or one-to-one consultation. You also have access to the hotel’s health amenities including the gym, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, and oxygen therapy facilities.

For the nutritional aspects of the retreat, you will receive green detox shots in the morning, served in your room alongside a vitalizing ritual to jumpstart the day. The hotel’s wellness culinary chefs will also prepare curated breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Vibe Restaurant complemented with either two detox drinks, super smoothies, soups, or broths are per your preference. In addition, you will have the option to attend a live cooking demonstration, including access to the herbal garden for fresh picks of ingredients.

The detox and cleanse retreat will not be complete without experiencing the signature treatments from Rayya Wellness. You can choose from the extensive menu of therapies to help achieve your wellbeing goals. Choose from a range of Rayya healing massages, or opt for Rayya body wrap and scrub, or have a customized massage, as per recommendation of the lead coach.
