Presenter Sam Mac will explore five regions in five days starting with the legendary outback city of Broken Hill on Monday 7 February, visiting the famous Palace Hotel which was used in Priscilla Queen of the Desert, meeting the locals and sipping a milkshake at NSW’s oldest Milk Bar – Bell’s Milkbar.Tuesday 8 February will see Sam head to the blissful beachside town of Yamba, famous for its world-class surf breaks and marine parks surrounded by national parks and wilderness reserves.

From there, Sam will head inland to Albury Wodonga, home of Australia’s longest river and one of the longest navigable waterways in the world – The Murray River – where visitors can explore the region by houseboat, canoe or bike.

The majestic Snowy Mountains will take centre stage on Thursday 10 February. Home to Australia’s highest peak, Sam will broadcast live from Lake Jindabyne where visitors can tackle world-class mountain bike trails, ride horses through untouched bushland and fish in crystal clear streams.

The beachside town of Newcastle will make up Sam’s final stop on Friday 11 February where he’ll soak up the region’s famous surf beaches, explore it’s buzzing bars and fascinating street art.
