With the opportunity to witness the wonder of Botswana’s amazing zebra migration (May to October), now is the perfect time to plan and book your extraordinary 2021 summer adventure.

UNFORGETTABLE SIX-NIGHT CONSERVATION PACKAGE

The six-night Community & Conservation package allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the stunning natural beauty of Botswana. The package has been designed in such a way to take advantage of the diversity in locations in the Desert & Delta Safari circuit, staying true to the name and providing experiences in Botswana’s deserts, the renowned Okavango Delta and the Chobe River.

Due to the arid nature of the landscape, the best time to stay is in July through to August, when the nutrient-rich western grasslands attract an abundant array of wildlife.

The journey begins with a two-night stay at the Leroo La Tau lodge, on the edge of the Boteti River situated on the boundary of the spectacular Makgadikgadi Pans National Park – the home of the second -largest zebra migration in the world. Experience these beautiful animals in their natural habitat as they migrate from their grazing grounds inside the park to the banks of the Boteti River valley.

Following two-nights at Leroo La Tau, the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta awaits. A wilderness paradise with exceptional year-round game viewing. With huge herds of buffalo, wildebeest, elephant, and zebra flocking to the reserve, while lions, leopards and packs of wild dogs stalk the open grassland and woodland forests. Guests may also catch a glimpse of the rare sitatunga and lechwe antelope that hide amongst the papyrus banks of the waterways.

The final incredible destination on this unforgettable adventure is a two-night stay at the Chobe Savanna Lodge, along the Chobe River and overlooking the game rich floodplains of the Chobe National Park, home to the largest concentration of elephants in the world. An abundance of freshwater and vegetation supports a huge array of biodiversity, making the park one of Botswana’s top wildlife destinations.
