Cozy Campers, which specializes in camper rental in Iceland, has relaxed its booking and cancellation policies in light of COVID-19. The company’s updated booking and cancellation policies intend to allow more flexibility for their customers who have to comply with the travel requirements set by the government of Iceland.
Customers who made their camper rental reservations online at https://cozycampers.is/ can be eligible for:
- Up to 100% Refund: A customer who cancelled their order 24 hours or more prior to the start date of the rental may be entitled to 100% refund. If they cancel later than the said time frame, they may be entitled to 80% refund.
- Unlimited Modifications: A customer can edit their online booking on is free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental date. Permitted changes to the booking include postponement.
