Como The Treasury Celebrates Opening Of West Australian Borders With Two Night Experience The State Buildings Package

December 9, 2020 Hotel Deals No Comments

COMO The Treasury is celebrating the opening this week of the West Australian borders with its Eastern neighbours by launching a two night Experience the State Buildings package.

COMO The Treasury is the centre piece of Perth’s iconic State Buildings that were returned to their 19th-century origins after a major restoration project in 2015.

The former government buildings, with COMO The Treasury at its heart, were reimagined into a vibrant hub of retail and dining. Today they feature some of Perth’s most coveted venues including Wine Merchant and the hotel’s own Wildflower and Post.

COMO The Treasury just last week was included in the 2021 Conde Nast Traveller Gold List after scooping No. 1 Best City Hotel in Australia and the South Pacific by the readers of Travel + Leisure earlier this year. With a light and elegant style permeating the 48 rooms and suites, each room is a serene retreat evoking the feeling of a home away from home.

The luxury hotel pairs contemporary design with COMO’s familiar emphasis on understated luxury. Large windows frame handcrafted European furniture and flood guest rooms with natural light. Bathrooms feature free-standing bathtubs, American oak cabinetry and heated marble floors.

Wellbeing is at the core of the hotel’s COMO Shambhala Urban Escape with an extensive offer of Asian inspired therapies, as well as a 25-meter indoor pool and gym. The State Buildings also feature a hand-picked retail collective offering bespoke, quality products.

Experience the State Buildings package at COMO The Treasury includes:

Two nights accommodation in a spacious and light-filled Heritage Room
Dinner at Long Chim (including two cocktails and a bottle of wine) or Wildflower (four-course tasting menu, food only) or Post (four course menu and a bottle of premium Italian wine)
Breakfast at Post or Petition
Pre-dinner drinks and charcuterie in the newly refurbished Wine Merchant
Seasonal afternoon tea in The Treasury Lounge and Bar with a glass of sparkling
Valet parking
An elegant gift box from the State Buildings’ Retail Collective

Rate for two guests for two nights from AUD1,495 Monday to Wednesday nights and AUD1,895 Thursday to Sunday nights.
