Celebrate the spirit of the season by delving into an authentic spread of delicacies from the heart of Thailand, curated and spearheaded by Thai Specialty Chef Sirporn Krasaeat.

One of Thailand’s grandest and most important events, Songkran is a time to pay gratitude and spend time with loved ones. And what better way to join in the celebrations than gathering around for a feast that pays homage to the time-honoured preparations of Thailand.  Enjoy Chef Siriporn’s special menu of authentic Thai delights with a contemporary twist that is sure to leave guests wanting for more.

Crafted with the freshest produce and ingredients, guests attending the Songkran festival will get to savour delicacies such as crispy inoki garlic and pepper, grilled chicken in paneang curry, stir fried kinu tofu in chili basil sauce, and seafood glass noodle salad. Round off the meal with a portion of refreshing mango sticky rice.
