  • At Pelhams, a prestigious Michelin Plate restaurant, enjoy a five-course menu of fine, sumptuous dishes on Christmas Eve, highlighting Fine de Claire oysters, grain-fed Australian beef tenderloin steak, toothfish and white chocolate Christmas tree dessert.
  • Grand Brasserie is serving a splendid festive buffet on the Christmas Eve. With live piano performance to set the mood, the feast features imported oyster, live lobster, caviar, king crab leg, honey-glazed ham, herb-roasted turkey, roasted lamb rack and a delicious array of festive desserts.
